- Insulated Grocery Totes
A couple of years ago I made two grocery totes. I use them so much I thought other people may like them also so I wrote a pattern. The pattern has two size totes, 11x10x7 and 13x13x9. If you would like to purchase the pattern or take a class using this pattern please contact me.
- Sisters Challenge III
For three years two of my sisters and I did a fabric challenge each year. This is the last one we did. The fabric for this challenge was the whimsical little houses. The quilt shop where we always revealed our creations picked the fabric for us and set up the rules. Today I use this little quilt as my company and blog logo. The finished quilt measures 32x15.
- Spiced Dragonflies
This little quilt is the result of a class taught by Karen Fisher. The title of the class was Spiced Up Borders. We were to start with a small panel. This was the only panel in my stash so it became my class project. The finished quilt measures 22x21.
- Breezy Weave Purse
Made using a pattern by Aunties Two. The pattern has instructions for two different sizes, 9x13x5 and 7x9x5. This is the larger one. It is currently hanging in the quilt shop where I work and I will be teaching a class for those that would like to make one of these pretty handbags. Contact me if you would like to take the class.
- Snap Bags
This collection of purses were made using the pattern Snap Happy. Bet ya can't make just one!
- Mad Hatter
This is an original design created for an Arizona Quilters Guild annual Small Quilt Auction Fundraiser. The theme that year was The Mad Hatters Tea Party. It was made entirely with fusible appliqué. Finished size is 31x36.
- Dragonflies and Pinwheels for Hannah
Hannah is my brothers first born grandchild. It is made completely from scraps and materials that had been living in my stash. All the pinwheels are three dimensional. Finished size is 63x63.
- Showing My Ass
Most everyone has heard the saying, 'Put your big girl panties on and deal with it.' I ran across a wall plaque that said, 'If I have to pull my big girl panties up one ore time the elastic is going to break and I really will show my ass!'. What FUN! I knew that saying had to go on a quilt. So here it is. The finished quilt measures 31x29.
- Rings of Love for Denise
This quilt was made several years ago. After I had been quilting for only a couple of years my oldest daughter said she would like to have a wedding ring quilt. It took me several more years to gain the confidence and skill to tackle such an intimidating pattern and a few more years to complete the project once I had started it.
